What's the deal with the Lime OES rigs? What are they used for? The big brush assignments, or USAR stuff? I see it says USAR type III on it.

Thanks!! Rob[/quote] Rob, The lime OES rigs are supplied by the state as long as the FD that it is assigned maintains it. In return the FD can use it as a reserve (spare) engine. If there is a major brush fire anywhere in the state, they can request it at any time. Some are typed as an USAR engine due to some elementary usar tools on board. Hope that helps.
