Yes, the water tower station has new apparatus bays built onto the side of it, closer to the street (Bedford Rd). I believe there are three non-drive thru bays. Spare apparatus appeared to be stored in the original two bays under the water tower.

The lights on that rig are something else! Roto-Rays are rare in Texas, but two on one rig, that's got to be quite a sight! I will have to shoot this department next time I am in the Austin area.
