This rig began life as an Air Force AF/532R-2 fuel tanker on a late 1960's/early 1070's GMC chassis. When the chassis wore out, the FD had the 5000 gallon Heil tank remounted on the Marmon, I believe around 1987 or so. The original 600 GPM pump was replaced by a 750 GPM pump and several crosslay preconnects sit above the pumphouse.
