I found this big rig at the local Freightliner repair shop in Utica yesterday, about 150 miles from its home in Hammondsport (Steuben County) NY.

It's a 2009 Freightliner/4Guys 1000/2500, Prod. # F-2652.

This little buggy has a special place in my heart. It's a 1984 Chevy Pierce. The first call it went on when placed in service was at my house when I was a kid. It's the first fire engine I ever drove and it's the truck I learned how to pump on. I have been a member of Katonah Engine & Hose Company 4 for 16 years, served as engineer, lieutenant and captain for this truck. MA-15 doesn't see a lot of action anymore but she is still one hell of a truck, low geared, pump and roll, 4WD. Don, thank you for posting all of this Katonah stuff on here; seeing the old rigs brings back a ton of memories.

It does resemble the cabs used by Hahn until the early 1970's when Hahn used the "Cincinnati" cabs made by TCM, something that most builders of custom fire apparatus have done for many years.
