At about the same time and place as post #2021, I believe this was DCFD's 1966 Ford N/Bruco which served last as part of the Haz-mat unit?

The buzzards are just starting to peck at this rig!

Where is Bloomsbury's old Dodge/Hahn for sale at? I'm e-mailing a friend of mine who is on Bloomsbury Hose Co these pictures. They may want to buy the truck or find out where it's going to.

Thanks for your help.

Matt,

If they aren't interested, let me know who to contact. Don't want this one to go down hill.

THANKS,

Yes, that was part of the reason PGFD purchased the unit, it was very similar to Squad 27 and they had a good track record with their unit.

That's too bad. I see a lot of these truck dealers/scrappers do this. They get the truck for virtually nothing, then mark up the price to something crazy, all the while the truck is rotting away. There's a guy in Louisianna who does the same thing. Has a bunch of nice trucks, they've been sitting for almost 10 years now, and he won't budge on the price. Unfortunate for those of us interested in restoring these beauties.

Matt - that old Dodge from 43 Fire will need a BULLDOG added to it to make it look like it did back at BHCo.

Nollie,

I will definitely contact you if Bloomsbury is interested in purchasing it back. I haven't heard back from my friend about it yet. Thanks.

John,

I don't think that would be a problem. They probably still have the bulldog that was originally on the Dodge somewhere in the firehouse.

I found this old girl sitting in a field just up the road from the Alva Florida fire station. I could not get any closer due to a couple of dogs and lots of fences so these were taken with a telephoto lens. Does anyone have any idea about who may have been the builder?

A close up of the pump panel. I was able to zoom in on the metal plate, but it was not readable

It is a Seagrave on a 1957 or 1958 Ford chassis.
