Once again I am at work and don't have notes in front of me. Although I don't have personal photos, Phoenix, Az had 2 and my home town of Decatur, ILL had 1. I also believe Flagstaff, Az had one. I little info on these would be helpful as well as a photo would be greatfully welcomed. I am sure there were others in Az, but I don't have that info.

As usual, I left out a few things. One of the Phoenix pumpers went to the Verde Valley FD near Cottonwood, Az, and I also think Peoria, Az had 1-3 as well with 1 finding itself to the El Mirage, Az FD. I don't know the exact number of them and all are out of service disposed of.

Sold to Nixon Chapel, AL

Traded in to Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus

My delivery list shows this rig going to Birmingham. Albertville bought it new. The dealer was in Birmingham. I don't believe the BFD ever had an Ambassador pumpers, although they had several P-82 (TCM cab) rigs. The list also shows 80-1148 and 80-1149 as going to Birmingham, but 80-1148 went to Guntersville, also when new. I believe that 80-1149 is the Bessemer rig that will be posted next.

First of a matching pair delivered to the Franklin FC #4 in Chambersburg, PA. The second rig does not appear on my list, but was delivered in 1978. Both were sold to Tallassee in 1986. Both were later refurbed by E\-One.

The list shows this one being sold to Fire Fox in Houston. Fire Fox was the local sales rep for WLF and also produced their own rigs, but they bear a strong resemblance to WLF bodywork!
