I've had quite a bit of free time lately, so I've been travelling around shooting all the trucks I can fit into a day! They may not be the best pictures in the world, but oh well, it's a picture of a truck you may never shoot!

This was a pretty neat find! West Yancey keeps this engine at a one-bay station inside the Mountain Air gated community/village. Though it took us 30 or 45 minutes to get the truck jumped off so we could pull it outside, it was worth the wait!

I then ventured on to the South Toe community to meet someone to show me around their stations. We started off at the "Lower Station" which is closest to Burnsville, along Highway 80.

I didn't exactly get the posed pictures at South Toe that I was hoping for, but at least he pulled them outside. Originally he wanted me to just shoot them in the bays! After a lot of persuading, I got them outside at least.

As much as I dislike taking pictures inside the bay, the guy was unable to pull this rig outside (due to a local farmer on a tractor and another local man in his pickup truck parked in front of the bay for this truck, having a conversation, haha). This was too cool of a truck to pass up, so I did the DSS shot of it.
