Can anyone provide a list of the units run by Palm Springs? I know they have a Paramedic Squad at Station 1, a 105' Pierce Quantum ladder at Station 2 and a newer Pierce Quantum engine at Station 5, but I've got nothing else...

Burbank Engine 11. One of three engines delivered late last year. Put into service in the last 4-6 weeks. The other two are assigned to Engines13 & 15.

Know a guy on the job in Long Beach. He was in FDNY Probie School with me and after a few years of working in 40 Truck in Harlem, left the job to return to his home state of California. Saw him at an FDNY LODD Funeral in 2007, and claims he made a mistake leaving FDNY to go back to Cali.
