The "y'all" in this case (and with our Seagraves) would be our assistant chief. He and our committee did a great job with all our new apparatus. I just get to go along for the ride to see all the cool toys being built!

Here is Reserve Ladder 2 filling in at Station 5 (assuming my luck I wasn't able to shoot the tower!) it is a 1999 Pierce Dash 105' Rearmount Aerial, which previously served as Ladder 2 and Ladder 5. Sorry about the shadow.

Yeah some members from Dale City wanted to by that 77 when it was on ebay but found out it had a blown motor.
Just a heads up for you Virginia guys, the Boyce VFD just purchased the following from the Goshen VFC (Chester County, PA). Will need a shot of this once it gets lettered at it's new home.
Many thanks,
Chesterfield used to have several of these 1991 Mack/Grumman 1000/500's in service. They served in a number of different stations while in front line service.
Pictured here is Engine 219, the reserve engine from Station 19. This photo was taken at Company 7 (Clover Hill) one day when it was filling in as 7-Engine.
Yep! There were at least 3 of them that I can think of right off the bet...originally Engines 1, 8, and 12.
Engine 1 went to Co 6 when the KME (Now Engine 10) came in.
Speaking of Engine 6, the original Mack CF at Co 6 is now the Brigade rig at Honeywell's 'B' plant in Chesterfield.
Engine 1 to all units, we've got a glow in the sky!

Rob, good memory, there actually four of them. The 4th Grumman spent a very short time at E-33 before being sent to E-53 for a majority of it's career. I'm not at home with my rosters, but some of these others floated around quite a bit. I also didn't think that E-82 got thier Grumman until E-112 got thier Pierce Enforcer a couple of years ago.
