Has Boston Fire gone away from the gold stripes that boarder the white band?
Mike, you are right, that is definitely not the old E 10. I was focusing on the Maaco paint job and not the roof.

Is it an optical illusion or is that striping as straight as a party in Provincetown? J
That's funny!

Here is a link to Boston's new Ladder 6. I believe there is another truck coming with it that is going to Ladder 24.
Skip, Any idea why they went with the long cab? It would seem theyd like to stay with the short cab....especially in their district. Nice truck though.
Ladder 6 swung by 40 Quincy Ave and backed in to see what there was for clearance before it was delivered the other day by the dealer.... there was 3"......
What is 40 Quincy Ave?

What is 40 Quincy Ave?
A very narrow street. If the truck can get into there, it should not have problems elsewhere.

Actually, 40 Quincy Ave is the address for Quincy MA Fire Headquarters. Im assuming Mike is refering to them sizing the apparatus out in their station for a possible future purchase. Thats what the 3 inches of clearance is refering to.
Sorry about that... what he said..
