Billy has since retired. He retired about 5 years ago out of 134 Truck in Far Rockaway, Queens. He currently runs the annual Lt. Tommy Williams (LODD R-4 in 1992) Memorial Volleyball Tournament in Long Beach, NY. One of the best FDNY functions going!
