End of the demo. These are all Bell AH-1F cobras that served in the US Army and army national guard units. Hard to believe that they too once looked like the green cobra that I have posted on this board. For more info about the foundation go to www.armyav.org. They have a schedule of eevnts posted on the website.

Do I see pilot controls in the gunner's seat too? Just in case? <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />

Hi All -

My friend is a panoramic photographer - having all the equipment to do a GREAT job in this area.

We had a B-17 bomber, only one of 14 still flying, visit the Lawrence Massachusetts Airport this week and I got to fly in it.

Well Kirk, my friend decided to do a pano shot of the nose gunner/bomb site position and it came out awesome.

Please feel free to take a look:

I will forward any feedback on to him.

Great 360 pano, was this done with a motorized tripod? Bet the flight was a awesome experience. The Collins Foundation B-17 & B-24 usually stop by the NE Fla area 2 or 3 times a year, Maybe one of these days I will get a ride in one of the few remaining WW2 warbirds.

Hi Chris -

I truthfully do NOT know what his setup is - I was supposed to meet him to see him do that photo, but my phone flaked and I never got there.

I will post my flight shots later today.

There are 2 guns - left and right and the middle is the bomb sighting position.
