I believe Station 8 also 'portrayed itself' long LONG ago in the '50s series 'Rescue 8'



Which followed a long-pre-paramedic La County Rescue 8. (Yep...Rescue rather than Squad) I remember s couple of eps where the station was shown and remember a Crown being Engine 8.
Engine 1 to all units, we've got a glow in the sky!



If God's not a Hokie, Then why do the leaves turn Maroon and Orange in the Fall?

IIRC, Jim Davis, who later starred in "Dallas" as JR's father, was in that show.

Crew 7-1 used to be crew 12-1, Due to budget contraints the LA County Sheriffs Dept closed Camp 12 as an inmate hand crew camp, LACoFD reopended the camp as a paid camp manning it with paid fire supression aides and renumrerd it to Camp 7.



Camp's 2, 7 8 & 9 are all Paid Camps.
