No, Clinton bought this one new. It was delivered in solid red, and Clinton had most of their fleet repainted a few years ago. Utica has a rig that was identical to this one prior to its refurb.

I just think it's missing some graphics, even if it had "Clinton Fire" on the tanker body. They may still do that, they just added lettering to another engine.
