Prior to FS 304 opening, Foam Unit 358 was previously assigned to FS 302. When visiting in November of 2008, it has been re-assigned to FS 304.

That wraps it up with my Dulles photos.

There are several pieces I have not photographed or want to get better photos. A small twinned agent unit (I believe a 2008 Ford F350) is running as TAU 302 and the new Tower 302 has been delivered and I am making arrangements for another visit to get the Tower.

I did stop by the Singer shops several weeks ago on my way home from a business trip and found the new tower sitting out - here is a quick photo with more to come later.

Mike,

Thanks for the shot of the tower you took at Singer and for combining the MWAA shots you took over here to the MWAA thread. I always love your work.

A couple of Dulles updates.

Here are some more of the new Tower at Dulles. Not yet in service, but very close. It is stationed at FS 302, the large 11 bay station that houses most of the ARFF equipment.

Also at FS 302 is Twinned Agent 302, a 2008 Ford F350/Crash Rescue Equipment Service (Dallas, TX) that built the skid unit.

Nice shots Mike. Looks like you had a nice day to shoot. Have you heard anymore about what they are going to do with the Dash reammount pumper when the Tower goes into service? I thought one of the plans discussed was to movie it to reserve status.

I was not told there were plans to replace it or move it to reserve. It was running from FS 302 when I photographed the Pierce tower.

I recently added the Dulles apparatus photos to this thread. Here is the fleet from Reagan Washington National Airport.

My thanks to the crew on duty this past Sunday for moving apparatus around for photographs and your great hospitality.

I find the Battalion Chief buggies at both Dulles and Reagan very interesting with the 24" fiberglass transit top.

I understand that Foam 331 has been doing a variety of aircraft standby's in Washington D.C. until D.C. receives a new crash truck. Can anyone from Reagan or Washington D.C. provide clarification on this.
