Original owner of this piece was Allentown Road VFD in PG County,Md.

1967 Ford F-500/Young 4x4 x Engine 325

Sold to Plymouth Twp in '73 I think and from there it was sold to Ambrose,Ga.

How long ago did Wilburton disband? didn't we just shoot their new rigs two years ago at the 4 county?

the other station (wilburton #2) still standing but now a senior citizen's center, they have 2 yellow colored rigs inside the stalls, 1 a 50's mack & a 50's chevrolet tanker

To finish up with my early Luzerne Co stuff and try not to repeat some that have already been posted on here over the last few years by others from places like Ashley, Nanticoke, Breslau, etc., here is a Chevrolet/? from Bear Creek Twp. Coby, I believe this one IS Bear Creek and not Briar Creek.

Luzerne County[/quote]it was purchased by the now defunct goodwill hose co in 1996 when swoyersville#2(brodericks hose co) replaced it with a KME. it is now sitting at the west pittston borough garage awaiting to be scrapped.
