Tom,

Unfortunately, I don't have the specifics... this was third party information, but according to guys in the shop "we're not touching nor putting this truck in service till Pierce sends a service tech to over look the problems." aside of that they needed to train all their drivers.

Couple updates:

I called Lauderdale By-The-Sea VFD about Tower Ladder-12, seems as if thier having a problem finding a vender to come out to stripe the truck with graphics... not sure how much longer it will take.

Got a phone call from a friend today. Coral Springs Engine-95 ('09 Velocity) is almost completed with equipment mounting and also Tanker-42 ('09 Kenworth chassis I believe, painted dark green.) was delivered, now awaiting graphics.

Hopefully I can get out and shoot these rigs soon lol.

Kiddo76,

Boca Raton Fire Rescue operates 8 fire stations, here are there locations:

Station 1 - 1151 N. Federal Hwy.

Station 2 - 903 W. Palmetto Park Rd.

Station 3 - 100 S. Ocean Blvd.

Station 4 - 351 N.W. 51st St.

Station 5 - 2333 W. Glades Rd.

Station 6 - 1901 Clint Moore Rd

Station 7 - 3001 W. Yamato Rd.

Station 8 - 190 S.W. 18th St.

As to callsigns, I'm not to familiar with their department's profile. I've heard engine 1-8, various medic units, trucks (ladder) etc. on the radio... I'll do my best to obtain some information for you.
