The Chelsea rig is a late 1930's Maxim. I will post the info when I get home from work, I dont have it here. I actually contacted the Chelsea Chief in the mid 1990's asking about this truck after seeing a photo of it. He vehemetly denied Chelsea ever owned a Maxim until I showed him the photo and even then he doubted it. Nice to be vindicated somewhat...
