Stoneboro's rigs are currently White over Lime Green. I'm working my way out there to get pictures before the end of the year, but haven't quite made it yet.

' />[/quote]Scott- additional info: This is a 1949 Ford F-/Hahn, 750/650. The front-mount pump is an Ingersoll-Rand Cameron. The full width enclosed body was just coming into being at Hahn when it was built. It has pump-and-roll capability therefore it is still in service and used for field fires. The ladders and hard suction slid into the body at the rear. The booster reel is in an open compartment at the back step. Port Clinton (Schuylkill Co.),PA is the next community north of Hamburg (Berks Co.),PA which was the home of Hahn. This truck is essentially unchanged from the time it was delivered.

I have a Hahn advert from August, 1950 Fire Engineering Magazine describing Port Clinton's (and similar rigs, the one shown in the photos is unlettered), on a Ford chassis, with the capacity of the Ingersoll-Rand Pump as being 500-750-1000 gpm, and a Borg-Warner pump transmission. Price was $6550.00!!!!!! Delivery was possible in 25-30 days. Leidy Electric Company of Phillipsburg, NJ was listed as a sales agency. Is there any record of how many rigs like this Hahn built? (Help me out here Al) I only know of two, Union of Hamburg and Port Clinton's. Here's something different! Gordonville, PA employed this GMC that was equipped with a 750 gpm front-mount pump and a hose reel that held (according to the notes written of the slide) 1 mile of 4" hose. There were only two made, one went to the West Coast and one came to the East Coast.
