I do not think this is Elverson (Chester County) - I do not have this in my histories. Anybody else got any idea's where this is ?

Additional info:



1971 Ford C900 Super Duty/Howe, full cab, 750/750. This was originally ordered by another fire company and was painted LG. Purchased by Brunnerville and repainted all red. It had a 534 CI gas motor and a automatic transmission. Sold in 1993 to Fox Township (Carroll County, OH).

Interesting info on this one - from Al Powell's files:



1927 Larrabee/Amer LaFr Cosmopolitan, 500 gpm, serial no. B515E18295, Type 66 TRIP, shipped 6-29-27, sales order no.25165, rotary-gear pump, in 1956 purchased from Shoemakersville (Berks Co.),PA by Central Berks Lions Club for $200 and donated to co.to become first apparatus, in 3-57 equipped with 1000 ft hose-helmets-coats-boots for $2000, on 1-27-62 moved to newly built station on Callowhill St, 10-5-91 sold back to Shoemakersville, re-housed 8-15-92, refurbished by Weinrich's Auto Body-Dauberville,PA in 1992.

I know this truck has been posted on here before, but I'll put her up again. I just found this a couple months ago, sitting just down the street from Liberty Fire Co, Liberty, Tioga County.

X-Mount Joy Hahn ladder. This thing is certainly making rounds. Unknown who owns it now.
