The infamous "Roofsiren" "Rheems1" at work in Back Creek Valley, WV!

I thought I had posted it in my "it was a great day to shoot pictures reply"... I guess I was wrong... this whole trip wouldn't have been possible without Shoop to be honest with everyone.... my fiance is a great woman but she doesn't like to let me out of the house.. but if Shoop asks she is much more likely to say yes. Plus without him along you would see mostly straight out shots (since I normally don't have the nuts to say "please put that over here" nor am I any good at lining shots up). So Shoop was definitely along and helped make this happen!!!

Probably never get to shoot this one again!![/quote]

Anybody can drive up to the front gate of that place, how did you get thru? <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/machinegun.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Machinegun' />

Yeah, it must be nice to shoot on weekdays, some of us actually have to work all week... <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_crazy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Icon_crazy' />

Aww come on Warren, yesterday was my Sunday... I have to work on the weekends!!! We just sort of happened onto this piece... I don't know where the gate is to be honest and I am really scared to try to find it LOL... I think it might be off of a road outside of Fountaindale but I am not in the mood to try to drive down the little lane and get shot!!

Thanks for looking up. I've been around a lot of years and don't recall ever seeing one like that.

Warren,

I've photographed two Raven Rock rigs, of their 5 total in the past year. They have been luck of the draw finding them outside of the fence, or having a few contacts. I have two contacts in Raven Rock behind the gates, that have told me numerous times that getting photos will never happen. I still will keep trying though!!!! lol

Fritz,

I was just screwing with ya. lol. You didn't have to put anything. You did as much work as I did on the trip.

Bruce,

The 1988 Ford/KME is gone. The Spartan/National Foam Replaced it. The 2000 Pierce was out the fire academy, but we have a number for next year. The Hazmat unit wasn't stationed with the fire apparatus. Hoping to get it next time as well. Not sure on any of the command vehicles. None of the ones listed were at the station, that I can remember.
