Los Angeles Fire Dept
Kelvin,

The following houses are Task Force (TF) houses.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 20, 26, 27, 29, 33, 35, 37, 38, 39, 47, 48, 50, 58, 60, 61, 63, 64, 66, 69, 72, 73, 74, 75, 85, 87, 88, 89, 90, 92, 95, 96, 98, 105.

There are also 2 Light Force (LF) houses. 28 & 78. They have an engine & a truck that run together.

I would have listed 9s in with the TFs, but they no longer are a true TF.

Hope that helps as well.

Ok... I am behind the times. I thought Engine 78 in Studio City was a single engine house and 102's in Valley Glen ran a LF with E302 and T102. All in Battalion 14 and Division 3.

When did the change happen?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info.

I assume their respective crews swapped as well? And are they still in the same Battalion and Division?

Thanks in advance.

Larry,

It is in the same Bn & Div. It finally replaced the station that was destroyed during the '94 Northridge quake.

Yes, the crew on LF102 became the crew on LF78. Same w/ the rescues.

Thanks Casey for the info. Did the "new" E102 remain as ALS or ALS assessment as when they were E78?

Thanks in advance.

LAFD E-88, 1989 Pierce Dash enroute to a MVA. Covering 77's area presumably while 77's was at the Station Fire.

Appears to be E288 with the 2 magnet removed. Guess split OCD either split up the light forces, T88 was shut down or E88 was at the shops.
People complaining about spam in the spam mail box... Huh, what'll they think of next?

Truck 50

Formerly Truck 35. 1995 Spartan/LTI.

The engine to the rear of it is Engine 250. Together they run as LF50.

I am heading to LA for the long weekend. I am wondering if anyone can suggest a few stations of places that may sell company t-shirts.
