38 Truck, and I am pretty sure that's FF Dan Monahan (now retired) who was once one of the senior guys at 38 Truck.
I am pretty sure a lot of these were taken on a JMFP's bus trip. Don't ask me what year. Some of the 88/38 stuff was from when I used to ride there.
