Some but not all of the LA Co. units that were at the memorial had the black tape over their unit numbers. I am starting to think that only the units that these two brave men served on had the black tape on them.

Superintendant 14. The Camp Crew Superintendant drives these pick up trucks and coordinates crew deployment with the Incident Commander the Camp Crew Super holds the rank of Captain, The foreman supervises the crew on the fireline and drives the crew buggy and holds the rank of Firefighter Specialist or in most department's chaffuer, engineer, a/o etc.

Odd question. Why the hard boxes for the medical stuff? We carry a very similar medical set up for our EOD response truck, but use soft bags. Just currious, I haven't seen hard cases before. Is it a durability issue?
