Next up is the City of Rochester Protectives vehicle a HME. The Protectives are the only Volunteer Company in the City of Rochester, but use a Paid RFD Driver to respond to calls. They do salvage work, and also provide lighting at fire scenes, along with spare air bottles, and other special equipment.I caught this rig working at a 3 alarm high rise fire, along with the previous post, so the lighting isn't the greatest.
