This Mack was also along Route 1 and I believe it formerly belonged to Eden,Pa. but was marked for Grand Bay and it was in need of some TLC.

1974 Mack CF-795F, 4-door, 1250/500, 55 ft snorkel - purchased used from the Pikesville Fire Company, Maryland

(Baltimore County) for $100,000 in 1987. Delivered to Pikesville on 12/22/78. It was placed into service on 4/15/79 and housed on 10/7/79. The Eden company members did all the sanding for it to be repainted. It was sold to the Grand Bay Volunteer Fire Company (Mobile County), Al in 10/94 for $57,000. First snorkel in operation in Mobile County.

Its sitting in a lot on US RT. 1 in Elkridge Md. If I remember correctly a Career Firefighter at Baltimore County Sta. 7 now owns it and plans on restoring it back to the way Pikesville had it.

if you go to relics i shot a bunch of the same stuff before there are 2 anniversery graves there. one from kensington md and forget what the other was from. the guy @ engine 7 is named lou he allready owns pikesville's c-model mack,he is also co owners of the Seagrave anniversery from pikesville and is friends with the current owner of the cf mack also from pikesville what a sweet thing owning all the old stuff from your company. sorry terry not trying to step on toes
