A buddy of mine went to track it down at Lost Creek, but had no luck. He was told that the Lost Creek FD is all but non-existant these days. He found the firehouse, but it seemed to be all boarded up.
Lost Creek shut down a few years ago I believe. They had a Mack MB engine they had purchased from Harmony FC in Butler County, PA. I'm not sure if it got sold, or is still in the building.
Any idea what happened to the Mack N?

I have no idea what happened to it. They picked the Mack up from Harmony sometime in the Mid 90's. I'm going to guess around 96, because that was when Harmony replaced it.

[/quote] the mb was sold to a private collector in chicago area then resold to a ranch in texas where it is today, i believe the ranch owner is using it for fire protection to his & neighboring properties
