Since the heli-pad at the new Potomac Valley Hospital is not yet in service, this morning McCoole Fire & Rescue was alerted for an aircraft stand-by at our station's LZ. A WVU Health Net Medevac was enroute for a inter hospital transfer from Potomac Valley in Keyser, WV back to WVU Medical Center in Morgantown.



Couple of photos from the driver's seat....



First one coming out of the dust storm on approach. The reflection to the right is the steering wheel.

Here are some add on's to the above Southwest photos. This is a specialty paint job on one of their jets for the State of Illinois. I saw another for Maryland but wasn't quick enough getting the camera out.
