The current 51s was originally 60s on the Universal lot. In the early 90s they renumbered it to pay tribute to the show.

The current LA County Station 51 is a part of Battalion 1 and strictly covers only the Universal Studios lot. The Station houses an Engine, Squad and a patrol. pATROL 51 is diffirent from the current fleet of LA County Patrols.

IIRC, it has a 1500 gpm pump, 300 gallon tank & a 75' stick. I didn't get any detail shots. The current order of 5 TDQs being built by KME will have 100' sticks.
