This Ward LaFrance is also being stripped and will be sold for scrap. I peeked inside the cab, everything gone including seats. My notes are a little sketchy because no builder plates could be found.
This isn't really a relic (yet), but it's not in service either. It won't fit in their station, so I'm not sure whether it'll ever go in service or not.

The rig looks really good ... but poor planning on the purchaser's part, perhaps? (ha, do I get an award to the most P words in a single sentence?)

Walk away from a thread and people purposefully use every P word possible in the world, haha. I don't think there was any purchasing involved in White Pine getting that Maxim aerial. I could be 100% wrong, but if I remember correctly, it was donated to them by someone or maybe the Kane FD itself. Not sure what the future entails for this piece.
Here is a few pictures for all you Camden buffs and Hahn buffs. Yesterday I whitnessed old Engine 1 a 1986 Hahn get cut up. The scrapper bought the truck from a City auction and payed $1,500 for the truck. When I had got there the truck's back body was off and the cab was destroyed.
Yellow Creek TN had this ALF refurbed by Pierce outside their station. The plate said it was originally Fairfield PA. I have shots of the plates but the contrast isn't that good. I'll see what adjustments I can make on them and post them.
