Model J-S-17-44 six-wheel, tractor-drawn service ladder truck with chemical tank. Clark steel disk wheels, 36" x 8" Firestone pneumatic cord tires. 6-cylinder Ahrens-Fox T-head motor #778, cast in pairs, 4-¾" x 6-½". Dual ignition, Leece-Neville 404-G generator #148 with 404-M starter #427, Delco 5242 distributor, Bosch ZR6 magneto #3655690. Schebler 1-¾" model A carburetor. Timken 1633-B front axle, 66-½" track. Rear axle #1691, gear ratio 18-62. Transmission #1694. Gemmer steering gear on tractor and rear of trailer. Vesta 10" drum headlights and searchlights.



200' of ¾" chemical hose. One each 60', 45', 35' trussed extension ladders; 30' trussed wall ladder; 30' trussed roof ladder; two 25' trussed roof ladders; two 20' solid-side roof ladders; 18' solid-side roof ladder; 10' collapsible ladder; 2 crotch poles; 18 ladder dogs.
