FWIW, Depending on the spec's some front red lights could have been steady burning and some could have been alternating flashing lights.
A good motorize flasher will make them look good.
You probably can find some post lights in good shape for the rear and tie them in to the front lights to flash as well. That is if you don't want to keep the strobes there. Probably not original lights on the rear.
