This is a truck known to the STLFD as "Big Moe." Big Moe is a 1977 howe/duplex. originally stationed at engine 5
this was a front line apparatus and was also yellow like the other howes st louis ran before we aquired out new fleet of 1987 Pierce arrow quints and our LTIs. This rig is unique because it was fitted with a huge monitor and it was painted red. it is mostly used for parade purposes and the rare occasion,LODD,to give the ceremonial last ride. R.I.P.
