The apparatus replacement schedule is up to 10-years front line, 5-years spare.



Yes, the "Men" do get upset during these fiscal times when a new rig arrives, but there's guys getting laid off at same time !!! The apparatus were actually scheduled and bonded long before the yearly budget comes about. On a brighter note, the YFD just received funding from the SAFER grant to rehire our laid off a demoted members, grant came down this week !!

Can you explain theYFD numbering system? Why did they get away from traditional numbering system? Thanks in advance.
