Don't get me wrong these are great Engine's very nicely designed. I am amazed more how many fire departments don't put any focus in to low hose bed height especially with 500 gallons. Our first concern with our new Engine was how low could the hose bed go with 750. As I say and teach Engines must be "Attack Ready". We choose Pierce's L Shaped new york tank. We were still able to get the Hurst tool in the rear compartment with reels.
