Is there a big call volume difference and corresponding condition of the rig? Would they think they would just save a step and give 29's old rig to 116's and avoid 153's as the "middle man".

Station 116 is very crowded and either a straight tiller or tiller quint would not fit in Station 116, Station 116 houses Engine 116, Squad 116 and Truck 116, Engine 116 parks behind Squad 116 with the truck having it's own bay.
