Sierra National Forest Model 62A, Ford F800
The Model 62 was an improved version of the Model 61, it has a larger capacity 2 stage pump, slightly larger crew position and rearranged (and slightly larger) storage compartments. They key identification feature to tell a Model 61 from a Model 62A is the hose reels which are higher on the Model 62A. When introduced it was simply the Model 62, but it has gone through 4 significant upgrades so a letter is used to differentiate the 4 generations.
