I hope somebody corrects me if I am wrong here but I believe this Mack CF-Swab was formerly owned and operated by the Easton (MD) VFD and is now privately owned and lettered as Rescue Squad 6 from Hillside. To the best of my knowledge, there was no heavy rescue operated by the Hillside VFD of Prince Georges County, MD.
