I am gonna let steve or john take this one, but from my understanding there swtching over to the FLM12s due to there size the big rosenbauer engines like engine 4 current is a 2004, its getting tough to get those down some of the city streets, and alley ways in the city so they wanted a slimer model. While the last batch of engines were those big old Pierce engines 5,6,7. They just wanted smaller
