Whoa there cross bronx, turn your tiller around and re-read what I said. I never suggested that it was fact. In FACT, I said I heard it from a FDNY jake on another site and that I wasnt believing it until I saw it. I have indeed been to some areas, not all, but SOME, where FDNY runs tillers and your right, they do need them. Just as Boston probably needs them. And if a Boston jake came to me and said they were going back to them, Id say it in the same context I made that statement in. Thats that I heard it but wont believe it until it happens.
