That's LAFD's manifold rig running as Wagon 17. It's a 1963 2000gpm Crown with a massive stang gun and something like 24 2.5" discharges to act as a manifold wagon for other pumpers at big fires. It was paired up with Pump 17, another 2000gpm but without the manifold. I think it replaced a late-30's ALF (I think) manifold wagon when it was bought.
This 1963 rig is now at LAFD's museum at old Station 27.
