As mentioned, the Kincora Safety Center houses both Sterling Fire (24) and Sterling Rescue (35).
On the Rescue Squad side of things, Sterling Rescue transferred their newer Medical Support Unit 615 to Station 35. It is a 2004 Ford E350/Complete Truck Bodies that was converted into a medical support unit by Keplinger Repair in Winchester, Virginia as well as the Sterling volunteers. The Ford was purchased from a used car dealer and converted into a medical support truck where it holds supplies for 75 patients. It has a 15' box and lift gate. Keplinger Repair added warning lights, siren, scene lights, interior lighting, body work, painting, lettering, interior shelving/compartments, and 6kw generator.
This truck replaced a 1997 trailer that was used by Sterling Rescue.
