I believe Avondale is selling or leasing the SVI to Surprise and Avondale is a new KME utility

Interesting, I hadn't heard that.


BTW, Peoria's new FD shop is closer to being done. I'll get over and take some photos when they move in. It's the old Frontier Emergency Products facility in far Southeast Peoria, near 75th and Olive (Dunlap).
