Those small small fittings are taps to allow direct filling of Indian Tanks from the Booster Tank during brush fires.....usually found above the tailboard, these were spec'd by rural fire companies as an option upon occasion. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/3_12_21.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
