DCFD Engine # 25P was this strange 1962 750 gpm Ward LaFrance pumper. Dave, was this built on an IH chassis? Mattson Collection <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/usa.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

Negative. That is one of five 1962 Ward LaFrance Firebrand 750/200 pumpers delivered to DC. They were built as open-cab rigs and the roofs were added later on. I'm not quite sure on the International grille, but all five had it.
