well I thought I had it. 95LS1303 I had as Nyack, NY. I scanned the shot of that rig and it is not the same one. maybe Frank B has a factory shot of it. Bernalillo County in the 70's and 80's had a nice mix of older L, B and C model Macks from mostly northeast towns.

The pump panel has been replaced so no useful information there. Not sure if they will help but I also got Model #s and Serial Numbers off the Federal Signal lights on the truck.
