That looks like a generic bezel, my first thought is that it is the headlight bezel from a Dodge Caravan. This seems like a standard practice with some companies, much like the RV industry. Look at the Spartan evolution cabs with Ford Explorer Sport headlights, or the Rosenbauer cabs with Ford F150 headlights.
