Hands, Horses and Engines (BCoFD history book) has several pics of early 1930's ALF's in the county fleet at the time working at Essex, Woodlawn and Catonsville. The rig on page 72 (Essex's) looks the closest to what is above but one has to consider what modifications were necessary to restore the rig.
