BTW Mike, Ranger did not do the rebuild on Hartsdale's 2 Ambassadors. A company called Bell-Detroit out of Rocky Hill CT did. They did a few like those, using Ranger cabs. They weren't exactly know for quality work, or customer service. When East Port had the 64 Seagrave refurbed by them, my asst chief at the time went to pick it up. Well he was a little behind schedule, and got there about 30 minutes late. Well they left the rig outside their locked gates, with almost no diesal in it.
