The ONLY place in PWC that a tiller would make sense would be the City of Manassas - due to the tight and challenging (access-wise) streets of old town. FS18? I know a lot of humor and sarcasm has been added in response to this post (some of which is pretty damn funny) but really? Tower 13 is down the street and almost all of 18's first due is newer style single family dwellings - with the exception of a relatively small cluster of townhomes off of Hoadly Rd between Dale Boulevard and the Parkway. Plus, I would pay money to see a Tiller negotiate its way down Purcell Road headed to 7's Box
